Periodic reviews and performance appraisals are held to track the employee’s performance and recommend appropriate training to help him grow to the next level. The following programs are run as part of our accelerated career development program -
    • STEP - Strive Towards Excellence Program (For agent to team leader (TL) trains the agent level employees to take on the role of a team leader. The agents need to complete atleast 12-15 months on the floor to be eligible for the program. The top 20% of the performers are trained over a period of 6 months. The candidates are shortlisted after a personality assessment. The STEP program contents include:
      • Mgmt Basics
      • R Customer Centricity
      • R MS Office
      • R Attitudinal skills
      • R Interpersonal Traits
      • R Job Preview (2 wk)
      The agents are assessed periodically using Knowledge Test, Case Study, Group discussion, Role Plays, Practical and Job Preview
    • LEAD - Leadership Excellence Accreditation & Development (For TL to team manager ™ promotions) trains the team leaders to take on the role of a team manager. The team leaders need to complete atleast 12 months on the floor to be eligible for the program. The top 10% of the performers are trained over a period of 6 months. The candidates are shortlisted after a personality assessment. The LEAD program contents include:
      • Mgmt. Effectiveness
      • Analytical skills
      • Six Sigma
      • Reporting
      • Interpersonal Traits
      • Job Preview (3 wk)
      The agents are assessed periodically using Written Knowledge Test, Skill Demonstration, Case Study and Job Preview
