The compensation offered to our employees is on par with prevailing industry standards. In addition, incentives such as Loyalty bonus to employee who have completed a year with us, gift vouchers, dinner coupons, and special training programs for skill enhancement and employee development are offered depending on performance.
Non-formal recognition includes announcements and recognition among staff such as ‘Best Performer’ signboards above Advisor consoles and small ‘R & R’ events conducted regularly to motivate employees.
