Sparsh has a formal as well as non-formal system of recognition for employees that constantly outperform client and organisational expectations.
The compensation offered to our employees is on par with prevailing industry standards. In addition, incentives such as loyalty bonus to employee who have completed a year with us, gift vouchers, dinner coupons, and special training programs for skill enhancement and employee development are offered depending on performance.
Non-formal recognition includes announcements and recognition among staff such as ‘Best Performer’ signboards above Advisor consoles and small ‘R & R’ events conducted regularly to motivate employees.
Formal events for organisation -wide recognition include I-Sparkle, a quarterly event and The Intelenet Awards Night, an annual mega event that honours the Stars of Intelenet in the presence of their families.
