Sparsh believes in engaging employees in activities and events that refresh and rejuvenate them. Events such as 'Friday Dhamaal', Tambola, dance workshops, Cricket and Volleyball Tournaments energize employees and foster stronger bonds at the workplace.
We also encourage sports activities. Sparsh employees are active members of the Intelenet cricket and football teams that participate in various corporate level and inter-company tournaments. Our team has also won the Times Shield tournament.
The highlight of our 'Fun at Work' initiative is our 15-day long fun filled Employee Appreciation Program. The event also actively engages families of employees in contests and events, providing a platform to showcase their talents.
