Susir Kumar, CEO of Intelenet Global Services and Director of Sparsh
Director of Sparsh BPO Services and CEO of Intelenet Global Services, Susir brings over 22 years of rich experience and a passion for people and technology. Prior to joining Sparsh board, Susir held senior management positions at HDFC and has been instrumental in setting up several profitable group companies for HDFC. His association with HDFC began in 1994.
Susir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and a Masters degree in Philosophy (M.Phil). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Sandeep Aggarwal, Executive Vice President, Sales, Solutions and Transition
Sandeep has more than 20 years of experience in business development and marketing in multinationals. Prior to this, Sandeep has worked with organisations such as Intercept Technologies, Customer Asset, Ford India and Premier Automobiles.
He holds an Engineering degree and a Masters in Marketing Management.
Ramachandra Panickar, Chief Financial Officer
Ramachandra Panickar has over 22 years of experience in Finance. Prior to joining Intelenet, Ram has headed the finance functions for organisations like DHL & Datamatics. He brings with him significant knowledge in financial planning, accounting and cost management.
Ram has a degree in Law and is a certified CA and ICWA professional.
Rajendra Deshpande , Chief Technology Officer
With over 15 years of experience in the telecom space. Rajendra brings with him a rare blend of experience in both voice and technology platforms. Prior to joining Intelenet, Rajendra worked in organisations like Bush Technology and Enkay.
Rajendra holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and a Management degree in Information Management. He is also a CISA and CISM certified professional.

Radhika Balasubramanian, Chief Operating Officer
Radhika brings over 21 years of experience in the areas of operations and finance. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for managing growth at Sparsh. Prior to Sparsh, Radhika has worked with organisations such as DHL, Bharti Cellular Ltd, and Reliance Infocomm. Her areas of expertise include service delivery and people management.
Radhika holds a Masters degree in Arts and a Management degree in Marketing.
Gayatri Balaji, Chief Operating Officer, South India Operations
Gayatri has over 15 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing. She has held several senior executive roles with some of India's best-known companies including Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank. In her last stint, she ran Clinical Data Management and Statistical Analysis at Tata Consultancy Services.
Gayatri holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Management degree in Marketing.
Prabhakar CV, Chief Marketing Officer, Domestic Operations
Prabhakar brings in vast experience in business development and marketing from his previous associations with various multinational organisations spanning 15 years. Prior to joining Sparsh, Prabhakar was associated with organisations like HCL, HP and EMC.
Prabhakar is an Engineering graduate in Electronics and Communication, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management.
Aditya Arora, VP and Business Head, North and East
Aditya brings over 10 years of experience spread across areas such as Banking, Consumer Finance, and BPO Operations. His earlier stints amply demonstrate his ability to manage large-scale operations and client delivery. He was previously associated with GE.
Vijay Venkatesh, VP and Business Head, South and West
Vijay has over 12 years of experience in the service and banking industry. Prior to joining Intelenet, Vijay has worked in organisations like Standard Chartered Bank, GE Capital. He brings significant knowledge in operations and process improvement methodologies specific to the banking industry. He is also a quality practitioner with proficiency of Black Belt in Six Sigma.
Bhupesh Tambe, Head of Technology
Bhupesh has over 12 years of experience in the areas of telecom and IT infrastructure with expertise in financial services, and BPO domains. His previous stints include Booz Allen and Hamilton, JP Morgan, and Mphasis.
Sriniwas Narayanan, Head, Software
Sriniwas brings over 12 years of experience in the software services and consulting. He has vast experience in software development. In his last assignment, he led the consulting practice at Microsoft for the western region.
Sriniwas holds an Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur.
Dipesh R. Singhania has over 11 years of experience in Finance and Taxation. Prior to joining Intelenet, Dipesh has been with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for about 7 years and has led various assignments in areas of Audit, Taxation and Consulting.
An ex-defence personnel, Karunamaya was associated with the Indian Air Force for 22 years. In his last stint of five years with Datamatics Technologies, he led their Chennai operations function for one and half years, before joining Sparsh in 2006.
Phanindra has over 16 years of experience across diverse facets including Project Management, Strategic Planning, Operations, Financial Control and Infrastructure Management emphasising on Business Development and Customer Service in the Financial Services industry. He started his career with Stock Holding Corporation. Thereafter, he worked with HDFC Bank for more than 12 years heading the custody and depository business in his last assignment. Prior to joining Sparsh, he was working with Yes Bank. At Sparsh, he is responsible for managing the key banking business relationship and operations
