"It is really a great experience that I received a call from the call centre at 10.20 a.m. (SMS sent at 10.08 am) and at 10.31 a.m. got a call from the SDM. Honestly, I could not believe my ears when I got the call from the call centre just after 15 minutes of sending the SMS. --- Simply superb.
I have got the proposal form duly signed by my wife and you can get the same collected from my office at any time before 3.00 pm today. I would like to mention that your tele-executive did a very good job in explaining the policy provisions on the phone. What I liked about the sale was:
- Permission was taken from me to explain the benefits of the Plan periodically
- I was asked whether I understood the benefits and was given an opportunity to ask any questions
- Every feature was explained to me well. When I mentioned that I know about the benefits, the executive told me that since it is telemarketing sales she need to explain all the points. She would however do the same briefly
- Illustrative benefits were mentioned at the IRDA rate of 6% and 10% only
- There was no force or compulsion to buy and I was given an opportunity to decide
I liked the experience and am glad to give the proposal."
